“Stopped here for an oil change after Walmarts wait time was 5 hours. Haven’t ever been here before that. There was a slight wait, about 30-40 minutes, but it was a Saturday, so that’s expected. The young man Shawn was super nice and stopped by each car to update us on the wait times and progress of the car in front. They stayed true to “first come first serve” and kept an eye on who was in line first regardless of the lane and we appreciated that. Ryleigh and Shawn helped us and honored a coupon and offered to get our tires rotated along with the oil change, which really needed done anyway, so it was super convenient. They tell you other things that need done on your vehicle but never pressure you to get them done. It’s still good to know. All of the staff was extremely nice and helpful and really helped get our truck up to speed. Overall, I’d Recommend this place to anyone!”

“We were driving home after visiting a daughter and son-in-law in STL when we noticed a sound coming from underneath our auto. Some type of protective cover came loose and it was dragging on the ground. We pulled in to Snappy Lube and they agreed to fix it for us. Fast and friendly service! Thank you again!!”
“I camped here overnight for tire service the next morning. Got in on time. Decent price for 2 tires for my Ford 350, class c winnebago. It is Harvest Host site. Couldn't find electrical hookup on Sunday night but otherwise all was aok.”

“Eric and Tim, at the Edwardsville/Glen Carbon location, were great at helping me out while I was aggravated from an experience at a competitor's shop. Said, large company, did not even have the "required tool" and had me pay before theybeven took my car back. Eric & Tim graciously answered alllll my questions and dealt with my frustration. They got my car in (and out) the same day and kept me abreast of everything. I have decided to move all my auto needs to their shop. Note: I don't even live in Edwardsville/Glen Carbon. These guys deserve to be acknowledged by their management.”

They answered all my questions and were able to show me exactly what was wrong with my car. They were very professional and genuine. They were very honest about what needed to be fixed.
