“I just opened a new account. Friendly staff and pleasant to be around. The only complaint I have had is when I attempted to cash my check and deposit some into my checking account. I was advised that it would be a two day hold but when I received my receipt it showed a 10 day hold and the funds were deposited into my savings account. I called to find out what was going on. Long story short, the teller wasn't paying attention to my account and gave me the incorrect information. However I was then apologized to and was told the policy and explained why. I understood, just upset I wasn't given a fair opportunity to make a decision which left me with no money. I've heard good things about this financial institution and hope that this will be just a one time mistake.”
“A strong recommend. Very down to earth for a banking institution. We got our mortgage through them (they service them through First Integrity, a very highly rated company across the river in Missouri) and they were very honest about where the mortgage would be transferred to. The rate was hands down the best I saw anywhere and the fees were even better. The regular dividends on their accounts are also fantastic.”

But it works everywhere else, like the SLC cu on Chippewa.PLEASE REPLACE THE ATM with the new updated version like they have at.Chippewa. “Great CREDIT UNION. Been there since I was a kid. Never an issue. Overdraft fees are easily avoid by proper money management, but if you do get one, a simple phone call will usually take care of them. Great loan rates, great people. If you're a good customer you'll love them.”

“They have always been helpful when I've gone in and very friendly. I do agree that the updates on printing out an account for 2 weeks & monthly statements are a lot harder to understand than they were before changing to this new system but I've almost always have had good service. Only once did I have a problem & it was with a new teller. I gave her a hundred dollar bill for change & asked for 2 rolls of quarters to be included with the change & she kept trying to give me just the 2 rolls of quarters for about 15 minutes. I kept telling her she needed to give me $80.00 more & she kept telling me that she gave me 2 rolls of quarters. Then I'd say but I gave you a $100.00 so $20 plus $80 would equal a $100. 15 minutes later I got the rest of my $100. That was the only time I ever had a problem. & I've done my banking there for years.”
“I've been with the credit union for 15yrs. I did experience racism 1 time , the white chic gave me every lying excuse in the book when I was trying to add my brother onto my acct: not knowing I had already inquired about it but that's neva happened since nor before. I am still giving them 5 because I truly like my bank and I refuse to allow that 1 bad apple take away from all the wonderful ppl that work there & the other branches I've visited.”

“If you are tired of unnecessary bank charges open an account with Together Credit Union! They are truly the best. No incoming wire charges just one example. Online banking like all the rest, great security for online banking as well. The best home loans no junk fees padding the loan officer’s pockets! Those fees all sound legitimate but they are not. I am a Realtor and lenders still have junk fees call Together credit union and ask for Melissa Imo Moffit she is truly the best lender I have ever worked with after 30 years as a Realtor I have worked with a lot! Hands down Together Credit Union is a great banking Institution!”
