He answered all of my questions made sure I could get all devises hooked up before he left. “LUKE BURGERT: Great customer service experience (everyone else was pleasant, as well at this store on this particular shift)!I came into store 5049 (I could be wrong about the store number location?) after having gotten the run around pretty much ALL day long, with both dealing with walmart, us cellular customer service on the phone (just being honest), and boost mobile (obviously separate company) and at that point I felt defeated. Heading into this store was a last resort to resolve my issue. Luke said he was 'new' and asked me politely to 'bear with him'. No such thing was necessary as he was a very welcome breath of fresh air. He took my issue in hand and went above and beyond (to the tune of many phone calls to supervisors, technical support, etc) in order to eventually arrive at a solution for my issue. He was calm, kind and collected, dedicated and thorough. I'd come back into this store to work with him again, very willingly. Thank you Luke, for knowing what great customer service is.”

“I bought my Google Pixel phone last spring and immediately started having having my phone get hijacked by unwanted pop-up ads, even when not in apps or on the Internet. A few visits to the store were unsuccessful, mainly because it wouldn't act up then (of course!). But then I spoke with Lark, who was able to identify a Ringtone app that I neither wanted nor needed, which apparently had downloaded itself from another app. He explained that this sometimes happens nowadays, as pop-up ads get more clever. Lark removed this annoying app, and I haven't had a single surprise pop-up since.This isn't our first time they've helped us out. US Cellular continues to exceed our expectations and provide helpful and straightforward assistance, and are always patient, even with us over the hill folks who didn't grow up with computers, let alone Smart phones. They never give us the impression that we're being a bother or are somehow stupid for not knowing more about Smart phones. We also appreciate being able to pop in the store when needed and deal with caring individuals, and not have to deal with a call center which can't see or properly understand our issues. We've been with US Cellular for over 10 years, and we have no interest in changing providers.”

“This store and their employees are amazing!!!. I was in the store on Thursday and I was working with mykeala and the store mgr was working with some very unreasonable customers. The man who was in the store was very rude and nasty towards her and was even making me feel uncomfortable. I felt sorry for the young lady who was with him and didn't seem to be able to speak for herself. The manager was trying to explain their policies and it sounded like they had already had alot of discussions before they came in. Everytime the manager would say something to the girl, the guy would interrupt her and the manager explained that she needed to speak directly with her customer.I would gladly work with this location again and the manager did the right thing.”

“Update 2: Talked to Roy at this store today. My issue with the $1.89 charge had already been reversed by the time I called. I would do business with this location.Update: A few days after being in this T-Mobile store, we received a bill from T-Mobile for a $1.83 for one day of service even though we walked out there with nothing. We'll be contacting the store over this and will update this review with the result.My wife and I spent close to 2 hours at this store shopping for a mobile hotspot plan that worked for us. We ended up not buying anything here, but Roy patiently helped us and answered all of our questions. He gave us the pros and cons of T-Mobile's Home internet and was very consistent with the reviews I had read on the Internet.”

“My husband and I visited the Verizon store on Elmore Ave. in Davenport, IA this afternoon for the second time in a month and were happy to be assisted again by a very professional, Customer Service Representative named Lucas Buczynski. Lucas greeted us when we walked in, and as busy as the store was, he was completely focused on OUR concerns and questions. Throughout the entire visit, Lucas listened to us attentively, answered our questions with ease and in a way that was easily understood by us. Lucas was genuinely interested in teaching us what we needed to know about our devices and plans, and we left the Verizon store reflecting on the positive experience we had there. They keep up with dual bands and wifi 6. A little pricey but the internet speed soothes that wound.”
