“Very good work and priced very honestly. My left front signal burnt out and I bought the bulb for it but despite watching some Youtube videos, I didn't feel comfortable trying to install it myself and asked my co-workers who they go to and I was referred here. They were very nice on the phone when I called to ask to make an appt and they were very accurate in their time frame estimate for completion (not a huge concern of mine but it was nice that it didn't take a long time to do). When picking up, I did expect to pay a bit more for the labor and it only ended up costing me $16 instead of the min estimate I had in mind of at least $50.00. I appreciate the work that was done, the courteousness I was shown and the honest pricing for the work done. I will definitely come back should any other issues with my car occur.”

“Great experience! Got rear ended at the end of September, and the place I originally scheduled to fix the car couldn’t fix it till November 6 and I needed a new battery asap because I had to drive to the city for school. Called and asked them if they could put in a new battery for me and they took me in the same day. I was in and out within an hour or less. Way faster than the Mercedes dealership in Hoffman Estates and Chicago. Will be going to them going forward thank you to everyone who assisted that day!!!”

“I've been taking my MBZ to Xavier for 7 or 8 years. Always competent, prompt, reasonably priced service. Gave us good advice on keeping vs. selling our Lexus many years ago. Last week my E350 was leaking brake fluid. At first he told me it would probably go into next week but when I reminded him that I really needed the car for vacation starting the weekend, he stayed until 9 PM Thursday night to get the job done.Started going there when I lived in Dundee. “My new go to place for my auto repairs. I had issues with antifreeze leak. I called to get approximate quote on replacing hoses and brought in next day, excellent turn around time. After inspecting my leak, found that it was not the hoses. The quote he gave me on the phone for hose replacement was within 10.00 of the new water pump installation. I was extremely pleased. Company is organized, honest and reasonable. I normally don't leave reviews, but this company definitely earned it. Thank you so much for your excellent service. Will be back!”

“I cannot say enough about Adams!!! I've had a few cars fixed here and every single time amazing. The latest visit was for my daughter's car (VW Jetta) they was pretty wrecked on the bottom half. They had to use an auto shop, and themselves, to fix everything. It took quite sometime but 100% worth it! Darren sent me text msg almost daily to keep me posted in the progress and the gal at the desk was so nice every time my daughter called to check on her car (she lives in Michigan and was living the no car life). The car is beautiful! You couldn't see the damage so pictures will never do it justice. When my BMW was there, years ago, equally ad pristine!! 10 out of 10 every time!!!”

“I live in Chicago and came out to see my parents and get my brakes and rotors done on my Civic Aka “ Little White Tiger” ??My first impression was satisfying , Theattention to detail was genuine, professional, and caring. One of the Patrick’s took care of me ( Pat with the glasses ?) funny guy by the way ….which made my service with them even better. Patrick took the time to explain everything to me in detail, I had allot of questions and he was very patient with me , lord knows I can talk …. He did and excellent job and put my mind at ease.I like the text messages with pictures of the work on the car and the ability to discuss recommendations and possible needs. I also had my brake fluid done along with new windshield wiper blades. All for a fair price …. For good service, it’s worth the drive …. Told me I needed a new catalytic converter and explained thoroughly as why and what is currently happening to my car. Ordered my part (catalytic converter) took 3 weeks to arrive due to backorder and he finished my car in 2 days. Check engine light hasn't been on.Also, he works on modified cars as mine is one. I had a good amount of work planned to be done at the shop and Ben was quick to provide me a tour when I first visited. The shop is so clean, staff is all very professional, and the overall feeling you get after a short time of interacting with them is that you will be 100% taken care of. The high-dollar cars and complexity of the scope of work being done in that shop speaks volumes as far as what other customers are entrusting the shop with as well, which certainly helps show that they know what they are doing and can be fully trusted.
