“We have been using Cassidy for our new tires and repairs for years. These guys are great! Very kind and helpful. Good work and in the time frame promised. The only downside is few service guys on Saturdays. Definitely recommend them! Another tire service center actually recommended them to me because they couldn’t fix the hole in my tire because it was too big. I went to other place because of the Saturday issue but was back at Cassidy on Monday because they are the best.”

“I've been taking my MBZ to Xavier for 7 or 8 years. Always competent, prompt, reasonably priced service. Gave us good advice on keeping vs. selling our Lexus many years ago. Last week my E350 was leaking brake fluid. At first he told me it would probably go into next week but when I reminded him that I really needed the car for vacation starting the weekend, he stayed until 9 PM Thursday night to get the job done.Started going there when I lived in Dundee. “URW is by far the most well put-together and professional performance oriented shop I've ever seen and/or had experience with. I had a good amount of work planned to be done at the shop and Ben was quick to provide me a tour when I first visited. The shop is so clean, staff is all very professional, and the overall feeling you get after a short time of interacting with them is that you will be 100% taken care of. The high-dollar cars and complexity of the scope of work being done in that shop speaks volumes as far as what other customers are entrusting the shop with as well, which certainly helps show that they know what they are doing and can be fully trusted. Rates are super fair, work is done quickly and efficiently, and the daily customer communications were all some of the top reasons for my 5 star review, but the overall experience and the work they did was top-notch. Can't recommend URW enough and will definitely be going back!”
“I was stranded off the highway with my splash guard peeling away and was unable to safely travel. I called Dino and he was honest about both the status of my vehicle's safety and his capabilities to assist, and pushed for me to slowly drive over for him to look at. He quickly assessed and pulled the car back to take care of the dangerous guard on the road, wished me well, and declined any form of payment despite the work! Having worked in the automotive industry, it's rare to still see an auto shop owner that is straightforward and willing to help no matter the scenario. I highly recommend this honest, hard-working shop and appreciate seeing that businesses like this still exist!”

They could have sold me a new tire and rotation (probably two tires because most places won't replace just one tire) but instead they offered to air my tire up to see if the tiny leak would hold (I stupidly put in Fix-A-Flat the day before, which typically is not recommended). Tire seems to be holding up several hours later). I know I have to put two new tires on soon, and I will be back to Carry Tire & Auto. Great service.”
