service is seriously a notch above! Maria and the team is the best. She did not stop until she found Brown card stock n Illinois for me! She could have said, " Sorry, we are out." but no! She went above and beyond and I headed out to another Micheal's to retrieve my Brown paper! PUT HER IN YOUR CORPORATE SEAT!

Terrible customer service from the so called manager working the front counter this evening. I had a receipt for an item that didn't end up working out and she wouldn't let me return, or do store credit, or figure out any sort of compromise. She was extremely rude for no reason to top it off.

I went shopping for some bulletin board supplies - which unfortunately Michaels doesn't carry after the school year has begun. The staff really made the trip enjoyable though. Everyone was so friendly and so willing to help me try and find some bulletin board supplies that they had leftover. I will definitely be back!

I put in a pick-up order online and waited and waited....and waited. I currently have COVID and put someone else's name on my order to pick it up for me, but 2 hours later and still nothing in my order had been put together. They went in and were told they would only have to wait 30 more minutes. Nope. I called and was told that I had a delivery order, not a pick-up. I told the worker on the phone that I was almost certain I chose pick-up. She kept telling me "no you paid the delivery fee. No, it says delivery." So I hung up so I could check the order on my phone myself. PICK-UP. And it showed that none of my items were scanned, bagged, anything. I called again and explained the situation and that I have COVID and that my friend who was going to pick up the order waited around for hours and couldn't help me anymore. I asked them to deliver it without charging me extra because THEY told me I had delivery, not pick-up. The worker LAUGHED at me on the phone and said "There's no way we're doing that." I then told her I was calling corporate and hung up. Then, what do you know?! My order is ready IMMEDIATELY. Clearly they had few enough orders to know which one to fill when I didn't give them my name in the second phone call. Absolutely despicable customer service. Treat your good customers poorly, and there won't be any left. I will never return to this location and I'll make sure I tell everyone to do the same.

Staffing shortages made for a less than desirable visit to Michael's this weekend. I've visited to purchase one item, spray paint and a grass green tone, and upon arriving I learned that the spray paint is locked up in a cabinet and you have to press the button for help. I did so and waited 20 minutes while watching a heavyset woman with a smock, walk by several times avoiding eye contact while I waited. Eventually, I called out and a guy in frames came over and helped. They were two cashiers but no one on the floor. Hard to believe, it took 25 min of waiting and 35 min total to purchase a $3.99 can of paint. When I was asked at check out if I found everything ok, I shared the long wait did help by the paint cabinet even though the store was pretty empty and the response received was dirty about that, hope you have a better rest of your day. Lol
