It's a bank, but I do not understand why they no longer allow customers to use the drive - thru. Seriously, you have no choice but to park and go inside the bank. Also, to use the restroom, an employee has to accompany you through an "employees only" door. Not my favorite location.

I had a document notarized for our adoption process. The next day I went to the Secretary of State for certification process and they looked the chase employee up-- he wasn't even a registered notary. Fake.
