This review was for the rep who helped me not the company and its product. 2/6/24; up-date, she helped in whatever I needed however VMS sucks, I signed a contract I didn’t know and they wouldn’t let me out. They lied on the application and I didn’t know. They put I made more than 100k a year on the credit card application and I just started this business. I was paying fees as if I was in business for years. I was closed during Covid and they kept charging me until I paid it off. Read the fine print. Find a credit card processor that doesn’t have a contract. Don’t sign anything make sure they put in big bold letters no contract or processing fees. There are companies that do this for free. VMS used clover devices; clover sucks too!!!!! They stole 2k from my bank. Their sales people are ruthless and liars they will tell you anything so you can use their products. Please do your homework there are free devices out there. Don’t sign nothing. You have to find a company that works with small start up businesses. Find my business on line CakeBurgers call me to ask me about which one I use now no contract. In fact I’m looking into another company. We as small businesses should be making money for our selves and not working for them.”

I would like to point out that I have never waited 20 mins before. Sounds very exaggerated. Staff was always pleasant. I recommend to just deposit money with the teller instead of the machine.”
