“I have been a customer of West suburban Bank, and now Old Second bank for 55 years. I do my banking at the Lombard N. Main St. facility. Even though I have now moved to another town I continue to bank there because of the outstanding service I receive. I attribute this service exclusively to the excellence of its employees at that location. I have found every employee to function with patience and social grace. I don’t just use the drive-through but primarily use the lobby facility. I simply could not be more pleased. I need to be specific about an associate named Sarah. She has served me with such kindness and deliberate accuracy that I must mention her. I have used her in personal banking issues, as a Notary Republic, And as a liaison for banking issues out of state. Most recently Sarah assisted me with a credit card Problem that was causing me much anxiety. Her follow up was extraordinary. and clearly beyond her job requirement. Sarah’s performance shows maturity beyond her years. Her professionalism should be rewarded.”

“The best bank services I have ever witnessed. Clean and no lines or wait. I don't think I've ever gone in and waited in a line, like EVER. Lol. The bankers compose them selves very well and are sweet. You'll leave feeling confident that your banking issue is fixed (the first time). I think many people on here only leave bad reviews because they don't ever leave good reviews anyways lol When people have good experiences they are much less likely to leave a good review. I got my charge waived they saved me $7.00 and always look out for my best interest. Even fixing my credit advice! 5 star review for 5 star people! Even the owner, Dan I believe his name is, messages you back nicely about your reviews! He gets 5 stars too! I love their complimentary lollipops too! You all deserve 6 stars (an extra one for putting up with unappreciative customers who never say anything good and only leave bad reviews)!”
