Absolutely the worst experience! I am already a customer of the bank, came to open up a second business account. Waited 20 minutes to be told oh go to branch where you opened the your bank. Naperville is far! Are you serious?

Poor Customer Service.
The Indian lady over there is is not customer friendly. She acts like the bank belongs to her đŸ˜€.

Not friendly staff, when you enter the bank you feel tension. They don't have clients in the bank, they don't help you when you have a problem.
