“Stopped in the lobby today to deposit a cashiers check to my newly opened account. The security person more or less yelled at me to remove my face mask (who quite loudly stated "COVID is over").I unfortunately didn't know about this no-mask policy for thir lobby when opening my account or I would have reconsidered. I hope that anyone else who has to mask for their own or others' sake finds out beforehand unlike me.Staff are friedly and the 5% APR money market account is very attractive, but I'm no longer sure dealing with this is worth risking the health of my quite elderly family who I am the sole caretaker for.”
“I am a member of this CU and this location is the most convenient for me. Whenever I visit they are warm, welcoming and pleasant to deal with. They are great for simple deposits and withdrawals. There are certain things they cannot directly help with (mostly regarding loans and such) that must be handled at the main office in Naperville. As long as you understand that limitation it's a great place to conduct business! Also be aware that they close early on Wednesdays!”

“Most of my banking is done online, however, an order of blank checks was stolen from me when the UPS person just dropped my package in the lobby of my condo building and not my front door.The banking manager went over my checking account with me, made sure there were no checks being made and closed my checking account.The bank manager made sure that all future checks get delivered to my PO Box and transferred my old checking account into a new one along with a new ATM card.I like working with small regional banks since the big ones will charge an arm and a leg to service my account, and during the 2008 crisis, First MIdwest and it's previous Covest Bank was never in trouble financially.”
