“I called this location after placing a couple of calls to the corporated customer number to get my issue resolved and I was blessed beyond measure to speak with the store manager, Mandy. She is an absolute gem! She took the time to understand my issue and looked into the system to find replacement parts and SKU numbers for my older model Sleep Number bed. She even went so far as to start the order for the parts I need and helped me discover the Inner Circle rewards area online so I can earn points toward future purchases. Mandy went above and beyond in her customer service and she is just the nicest person. I really appreciated all of my interactions with her. I will be writing a letter to corporate to tell them how wonderful she is!”

“One of the most enjoyable shopping experiences and some of the best customer service I have ever received for a major purchase. The showroom is super nice and generally quiet so you have the time and space to decide from the multiple styles and price points. The quality of all furniture is excellent, much better than expected, especially when you consider how reasonably priced it is. We purchased a complete bedroom set in August 2023 and there was an odd size issue with the mattress. After a phone call and some pictures, the staff was extremely apologetic and resolved it as quickly as possible by replacing the mattress. And the delivery and installation crew were a pleasure to deal with. Overall, this was a five star experience with Dania. We're definitely looking forward to shopping there again and buying more from Dania.”
“Bought an umbrella for my pool deck last summer and am super happy with the quality. It's way different from what you would find in the big box stores. Also just picked up a Primo kamato grill which is the only one still made in the USA. I'm new to cooking with kamatos, but so far I'm impressed. This is a family owned business, they really go out of their way to make sure you are happy. Highly recommended!”

“My family and I love this place! It’s a large thrift store with many different areas to explore, including a large warehouse with tons of vintage furniture. There is a nice selection of clothing, housewares, books, and more. Prices are often more affordable than other thrift stores. I love checking out the vintage linens to find affordable fabric for sewing projects.”
“Very helpful, personable staff. I’ve been to this location 2-3 times now - same experience each time. Bought a couple of glazed ceramic planters today (many similar planters to those pictured are currently marked down by 25%, just FYI). One kind staff member offered to push one of my carts for me because I was juggling my 2 year old. Also, saw <what I think> is a watchful Cooper’s Hawk sitting in a tree outside the parking lot. “I want to start off by saying that I called Penny Mustard customer Service about a question on how to get a king size mattress which I had "inherited" up my stairs. The mattress (which was purchased from Penny Mustard by a friend who decided to move out of state) sat in my living room for a month before attempting to hike it up the stairs. I called Penny Mustard to ask if they had any advice and spoke to Donna who not only was friendly and very knowledgeable about mattresses. She took the time to speak to me about "folding the mattress in half" and getting it up the stairs. And she was so right! We got the king size mattress up the stairs like professional movers.Thank you Donna for taking the time and sharing your wisdom in mattress moving and for an excellent customer experience.”

“I just happen to find this little Gem by accident, lol. Its a little consignment store they have antiques, big and small, all very reasonably priced. My mother-in-law bought a small glass cabinet for dvds and nic-nacs. It was beautiful wood and glass 4 shelves for $70.00, which we thought was a great price. They have a range of items there glasses, dishes, pictures, furniture, rugs, etc. They had a cute small chandelier for $25.00. I just bought one. I was bummed about that because the one they had was cuter! If you are into this kind of stuff or redecorating, give them a try. It's small but worth it.”

“I recently stopped in to look at lighting and found a wonderful display of ceiling fans and track lighting along with other lighting. . I had looked at a few other lighting stores and found Northwest had the best selection. Because of the selection and service I received, I purchased two ceiling fans and track lighting with beautiful pendants which Jessica suggested. I will go back when ready to order floor lamps. Jessica was a wonderful salesperson and was very helpful. She had great suggestions and was very good at getting back to me with questions I had. When the manufacturer of the track lighting sent an incorrect part, Northwest expedited the reorder of the part and had it delivered to my home.Also, late one evening when I called the store about the incorrect part, Jessica was with another customer and Thelma went out of her way to help me and called back well after the store's normal hours. She, too, offered exceptional customer service skills. I highly recommend this store.”

“When our civilization is gone and future generations excavate our archeological remains they will find...Bob Ross toaster and panini maker? They will ponder, who was this individual and why did they embellish their bread with his likeness? This and other similar items are available at Hobby Lobby. I ventured in HL today in search of a multi-generational craft. I settled on painting metal containers that we can fill with candy. I decided against painting on glass because, well, breakable. I think the painting/candy eating activity will be just fine. I found all that I needed here, along with other things I don't (see toaster, above) and most of it on sale (sometimes up to 70 percent off). Surprisingly, most of the Easter items were already cleared away for patriotic red white and blue items (Memorial Day? Flag Day? Fourth of July ?).”
