“I recently had an urgent issue with my MacBook Pro in the middle of a critical work project. I initially made an appointment at a different Apple Store, but upon arrival, they informed me they couldn’t assist and recommended I go to the Apple Store at Deer Park instead.
The staff and team at Apple Deer Park are absolutely incredible. When I arrived, I explained my situation, and they were quick to accommodate me by fitting me in for an appointment on short notice. The technician who worked on my MacBook Pro was amazing—very knowledgeable, kind, and patient. He resolved my issue efficiently and kept me informed throughout the process.
While I was at the store, I ended up purchasing a few additional items simply because the overall experience was so positive. The staff made me feel welcome, and their professionalism and helpfulness put me in such a good mood.
If you’re ever facing an issue with one of your Apple products, I highly recommend the Apple Deer Park store and its technicians. Their customer service is unmatched, and they truly go above and beyond to ensure your problems are resolved. You won’t find a better experience anywhere else! In short, if you have technical issues with your Apple products, I personally believe they have the best technicians.”

“Took my Mom in to replace her iPhone 13 with a 15. Only one person working on Sunday, and they were helping another customer, so asked us to come back in ~30 minutes. When we returned, a couple other folks had come in, but they honored our pace in line which was nice. The person helping us was efficient, knowledgeable, and professional, and we were in and out with the new phone setup (including new case and screen protector) in about 25 minutes. Not a bad idea to make an appointment before you come in, but definitely recommend this store”

“I came into the Arlington Heights store a bit nervous because I haven’t been into a store in years but as soon as I opened the door, I was greeted by Brittney. She took her time and was so helpful. I didn’t feel like she was trying to force products on me but she explained what I have and compared it with AT&T I did end up switching my home service but it was well worth it and I only came in to get a new phone but I appreciate the time she spent with me and made me feel like a person and not a quick sale. “Had a purple line down the screen of my IPhone. It was diagnosed as screen damage. The tech replaced my screen in about a half hour and the phone now works like new. I wish I remembered the techs name because she was truly a great pleasure to do business with. She was knowledgeable, expeditious, and extremely congenial. Great work done by great people!”

Had a 11-year-old Galaxy S7 phone that was not compatible with their network so i ended up purchasing an S24 that same day. Jaime walked me through everything, gave me plenty of time to make an educated decision and was super chill and had a great attitude throughout everything. “I dropped my old phone in the pool the night before and the following morning to be able to work I had to access the Authenticator but with out my phone it was impossible. I went into your store right when it opened and Erick was available and help me pick a new phone as my old was no good anymore. Erick explained all the options I had, promotion and discounts and it made it easy to pick my new phone. Thank you Erick, you are amazing.”

I had the strangest issues going on with my phone, but Michael , the store manager not only helped me to resolve a very complicated issue but stuck through it to the resolution which came a few days later and was extremely helpful and communicative throughout the entire process. If you need anything from T-Mobile, I highly recommend this store!”

He’s helped us; he’s helped my elderly parents. We’ve added lines, changed phones, ported over numbers, you name it. He explains everything clearly: options, the steps we need to follow, and what to expect. He’s patient, kind, and fun to work with! His crew is so helpful, too. (Shout-out to Jacky!) With as much as we rely on cell phones, it’s essential to have someone to trust. Jesse is that someone and his store is that place.”
