Had a wonderful experience dealing with staff as a whole at Miles Chevrolet. They made it absolutely effortless to purchase my wife the vehicle she has dreamed of. Phenomenal customer service, personal conversations to make you feel like a friend, timely and knowledgeable answers about the vehicle. These guys were the best. We made a 7 and half hour drive just for the vehicle this time, but we will do it again just for the staff. Shout out to Justin and Steve!! Sorry you had to work labor day weekend!

Horrible services. Horrible experience. Especially after being a repeat customer. 1st car blew up after a month. Took months to fix. Second vehicle had issues the second week. Issues never got fixed and now the truck is out of commission at 108k miles. Sales person will sell you anything. 10/10 do not recommend going here. This is the email I received and never got a response back after.

Went in on a Friday for an oil change and tire rotation. Was told I have an oil leak and the oil pan has a crack in it. They said they'd call the warranty company to get it approved and call me back. I didn't hear from them so I called the next day, Saturday. They said the warranty company was closed on the weekend and they'd call first thing Monday morning. It's now Wednesday evening and still haven't heard anything. This seems to be a trend ever since I bought the vehicle from them.

My service was Wonderful! I am having a very hard time financially this month and yesterday was my birthday. DOUG my advisor managed to get my bill cut down under half of what it was supposed to be!
