Service was understanding that I was unable to download the message confirming the appointment time and allowed me to come in 45 minutes afterwards to receive my service. I got my mechanic and service man lunch to show my appreciation.

They worked quickly and efficiently, even fixing things that we didn't know needed fixed until inspection. Do wish they would have called me back about my new tire and rear break inquiry though. Otherwise no complaints or issues so far.
