“We were looking for a vehicle large enough for our family of five, which ranges in height from 5'9 "to 6'2", with two still growing to go on family trips. We visited Vic Koenig Chevrolet, and Alex Daly showed us a few Tahoes. After discussing it over the weekend, we decided to get a Suburban for a little more space. We let Alex know what we wanted and gave him a few color options, and he found exactly what we wanted.

“Great, fast, and reasonably priced service. My 1st time here. The layout is the same as the higher priced competitor. You just drive up past the parking lot and they direct you into the garage. I found out the hard way going around the whole building then getting out after parking lol! “Customer service at this place is nothing but a 10/10. I have taken my car there a couple of times to be fixed and they have always been extremely helpful when it came to fixing my car and talking me through each issue. That's not even the best part. I had an issue where one of my airpods fell in the middle console through a small slit where my emergency brake is. They were the first people I thought of when this happened. After I explained the situation there was no hesitation from Kayla and another nice lady to try to fish it out. Not only did they get it out for me, they also did this in the blistering heat with no complaints and didn't charge me a thing. They are the best!!”

“Its been 3 months since my purchase so wanted to write the review after having the vehicle for awhile. I was hesitant to go to a small business like this for a vehicle bc I usually buy from a big name dealership but I made the 2 hour drive here for the great prices. My experience here was great. I bought a 2008 Sebring convertible bc i wanted a fun summer car. The vehicle ended up needing a new alternator within a couple weeks but the owner worked with me and helped with a big part of the bill for getting it repaired. Thank you so much for that! I've driven the vehicle on 3-4 hour road trips with no issues. I highly recommend this business to anyone. Make the drive if you have to. “Best Dealership in Southern illinois! It has been extremely hot, I've been working outside constantly, and I had to sit down while I had a key, key fob, and repair done to my Ford Expedition programming keys. Not only was I welcomed like family and was able to cool off, I, as a woman, was treated with respect, and that ? is amazing. I say this from other car places I've been to. Vogler has their team actually a dream team in their parts department! I will update this later today to give a shout-out to the guys in the parts office and the techs and the amazing woman who handles billing. If you are reading this, I can not express how this helped me so much. Not everyone who smiles has a perfect day, and I wasn't until i arrived and almost felt like I was home and able to relax. I couldn’t find a shop around that had the time to get my mower rolling again on a whim I stopped in and Teddy the Owner shot some Bazooka Air in each rim and I was gone with the wind.
