“This was the third car I bought from Best Buy for my granddaughters. They are no nonsense, fair, and willing to negotiate. They include the Experian Auto Check on their website so you can look at the history for the number of previous owners, accident damage reports, title or odometer issues which I find very helpful before I even go to the lot. They have helped me after the sale when I had problems making a repair (which i knew I would have to do) which I did not have the tools to complete myself. They are a family run business, and don't have the turnover in personnel one might find at another dealer. Give them a look next time you need a car or truck.”
“Customer service at this place is nothing but a 10/10. I have taken my car there a couple of times to be fixed and they have always been extremely helpful when it came to fixing my car and talking me through each issue. That's not even the best part. I had an issue where one of my airpods fell in the middle console through a small slit where my emergency brake is. They were the first people I thought of when this happened. After I explained the situation there was no hesitation from Kayla and another nice lady to try to fish it out. Not only did they get it out for me, they also did this in the blistering heat with no complaints and didn't charge me a thing. They are the best!!”

“They are wonderful. It may look a little chaotic when you pull in but believe me, there's a method to the madness. Jim knows what he is doing & he gets it done, period. He is no frills but he is honest & he is up front. I love my car & I don't trust just any random mechanic to help keep it maintained & running properly. In my opinion, at Bumper to Bumper you're getting a dealer quality mechanic without the dealer prices. In addition to that, Jim is just a good guy all around & I feel really lucky to finally have a mechanic I can trust & afford. If you want a comfy sofa & TV this isn't the place for you, but if you want your car fixed without having to take out a bank loan to pay for it, then I highly recommend giving him a call.”
“Yo I love coming here. The white dude in charge is real good and knows his stuff and he do not charge by the hour, but by job. He will still do the work even if you get the parts from the local store. I trust these guys because you can't get any good deals or prices anywhere else. And they're not trying to take you out for a ride especially if you're a woman.”

“I dont even know where to begin with this review... Nick, you are the kindest, most honest person ever... 5 star review start to finish ! I appreciate everything you did for me yesterday! I pulled in, my Terrain sputtering sounding like it was on its last leg... well past its due date for an oil change i was so nervous.... when you removed my filter and told me this should be dripping and its not...then making NO guarantees the oil change would help the noises i was having...but hoping for the best.,,, you worked your magic, spraying this, flushing that, wiping things... when you were finished, saying lets start her up and see where we are at.....it sounded smooth as butter, no sputter, no chugging, no loud popping noises.... then after all that offering me a discount as long as i promised to bring her in ON TIME for her next oil change..... I PROMISE I WILL !!!! i was so happy, i got back out of my vehicle to shake your hand! Women need not feel nervous they will be taken for a ride when going here ( also go on Wednesday, women get $10 bucks off !) .... Ask for Nick - he wont do you wrong !!!!! “Best Dealership in Southern illinois! It has been extremely hot, I've been working outside constantly, and I had to sit down while I had a key, key fob, and repair done to my Ford Expedition programming keys. Not only was I welcomed like family and was able to cool off, I, as a woman, was treated with respect, and that ? is amazing. I say this from other car places I've been to. Vogler has their team actually a dream team in their parts department! I will update this later today to give a shout-out to the guys in the parts office and the techs and the amazing woman who handles billing. If you are reading this, I can not express how this helped me so much. Not everyone who smiles has a perfect day, and I wasn't until i arrived and almost felt like I was home and able to relax. Appointment was at 10 am and I was handed back my keys and paying to leave by 10:23. An amazing job,friendly,clean and always quick. Can't recommend them enough!”
