Tim was quick at letting us know when something new came in that fit our needs, and we were able to purchase a fairly new car with miles as low as you can get in the current used-car market. Very happy with the purchase, and I hope to be able to find another vehicle for the family as soon as the new year rolls around.”

I had to rent a vehicle from Carbondale Enterprise during the work and Enterprise was seriously under staffed and had only one employee working so they couldn’t pick me up so the owner at Absolute gave me a ride to Enterprise. “Today's Technology saved me 1000 dollars for a misdiagnosed AC problem that I had with my Honda. It might be a little inconvenient to have to wait to get your car serviced however, they are timely with their repairs once they have it and most importantly are honest about what the problems are that your vehicle has. I was prepared to pay them much more to have the AC fix due to a previous quote from another mechanic and frankly they would have gotten it if they asked for it. Integrity goes a long way and Today's Technology is worth the wait.”

“Great, fast, and reasonably priced service. My 1st time here. The layout is the same as the higher priced competitor. You just drive up past the parking lot and they direct you into the garage. I found out the hard way going around the whole building then getting out after parking lol! But the guys there were nice and friendly and gave manufacturers suggested upgrades but were in no way pushy at all. Informative. I will return for my next service. Thanks for being honest guys. “I had my car in for some collision repairs in the last month or so, I do not have anything but positive things to say. Not only did he seem knowledgeable for giving me an estimate, but he also researched things to ensure that he was fixing the right things within my budget. I had prepaid for a part, and that wasn't deducted from the total bill but before I could even call them about it, they reached out to me to address it. “I was stranded behind Carbondale Township whenever it was raining with a battery issue. I walked into Holt's Tire and they were so friendly and didn't even hesitate to give me a jump.They even provided me with some knowledge to keep me prepared in the future. I learned that you are supposed to check your battery every 6 months. I also learned how to hook up this battery pack to jump my battery (because I did not really pay attention in Driver's Ed, like at a hands on level).I am so appreciative that I took a chance and talked to them. “Took my Porsche to Gator for the first time because on a check engine light. They did the diagnostics and there were two possible issues, both expensive to fix. Found corrosion on some sensor connectors, cleaned and cleared codes. No further problems now a month later. I'm sure the dealership would have "corrected ' both items to the tune of $2000. Gator charged me $388, also changed the oil and kept the car inside until the work was done.”

The drop-off and pick-up process was quick and easy. The repair work was flawless. Prior to the dent removal, it looked as though I had used the car for target practice at the local driving range. It has been extremely hot, I've been working outside constantly, and I had to sit down while I had a key, key fob, and repair done to my Ford Expedition programming keys. Not only was I welcomed like family and was able to cool off, I, as a woman, was treated with respect, and that ? is amazing. I say this from other car places I've been to. Vogler has their team actually a dream team in their parts department! I will update this later today to give a shout-out to the guys in the parts office and the techs and the amazing woman who handles billing.
