I had to rent a vehicle from Carbondale Enterprise during the work and Enterprise was seriously under staffed and had only one employee working so they couldn’t pick me up so the owner at Absolute gave me a ride to Enterprise. “A deer ran full-tilt into my new car and wrinkled both driver side doors. The bodywork was excellent, but I had to bring my car back a couple weeks later because the door wasn’t shutting correctly. They said no problem and spent some time correcting it. Now the door shuts like it should.”

“In June both my vehicles sustained extensive hail damage. I had both my cars repaired at Caliber. The process was seamless with same day service on both cars. The drop-off and pick-up process was quick and easy. The repair work was flawless. Prior to the dent removal, it looked as though I had used the car for target practice at the local driving range. Every dent was removed! The front office staff were friendly and knowledgeable as well, keeping me updated on the process of each vehicle. “I have been in here a few times and the associates have not known what I have been looking for or have not been experienced. I was fixing the map lights in my car and that associate was not familiar with bulbs at all. Another time I came in to try to change the battery in my key and the associate said they did not have a screwdriver.When I came in later for my alternator and battery, the manager Brittany grabbed the screwdriver I needed off the shelf and opened it and added it to their collection in the back. She also had recommendations for mechanics in the area and offered tips on how to save money. She was patient with me, too, and printed out estimates and let me write everything down.I also am going to mention that there are some guys that hang out around here in the parking lot and in the store and kind of give off a creepy vibe. I definitely would not work on my car in the parking lot as a woman.”

“Best Dealership in Southern illinois! It has been extremely hot, I've been working outside constantly, and I had to sit down while I had a key, key fob, and repair done to my Ford Expedition programming keys. Not only was I welcomed like family and was able to cool off, I, as a woman, was treated with respect, and that ? is amazing. I say this from other car places I've been to. Vogler has their team actually a dream team in their parts department! I will update this later today to give a shout-out to the guys in the parts office and the techs and the amazing woman who handles billing. If you are reading this, I can not express how this helped me so much. Not everyone who smiles has a perfect day, and I wasn't until i arrived and almost felt like I was home and able to relax.
