“A deer ran full-tilt into my new car and wrinkled both driver side doors. The bodywork was excellent, but I had to bring my car back a couple weeks later because the door wasn’t shutting correctly. They said no problem and spent some time correcting it. Now the door shuts like it should.”

“Joe was a pleasure to deal with and they completed the work ahead of the promised date. Our son's car was hit in the parking lot at SIU and the repair involved replacing in the rear bumper cover, entire driver side wheel well, driver side tail light assembly and the driver side rear quarter panel.”
“These shutoff valves work fine. I am using them for a generator as a drain valve for the fuel tank. It's inline with the fuel hose to the carb and the second port is to drain the gas tank. Works great for that.”
“I have been in here a few times and the associates have not known what I have been looking for or have not been experienced. I was fixing the map lights in my car and that associate was not familiar with bulbs at all. Another time I came in to try to change the battery in my key and the associate said they did not have a screwdriver.When I came in later for my alternator and battery, the manager Brittany grabbed the screwdriver I needed off the shelf and opened it and added it to their collection in the back. She also had recommendations for mechanics in the area and offered tips on how to save money. She was patient with me, too, and printed out estimates and let me write everything down.I also am going to mention that there are some guys that hang out around here in the parking lot and in the store and kind of give off a creepy vibe. I definitely would not work on my car in the parking lot as a woman.”
“Best Dealership in Southern illinois! It has been extremely hot, I've been working outside constantly, and I had to sit down while I had a key, key fob, and repair done to my Ford Expedition programming keys. Not only was I welcomed like family and was able to cool off, I, as a woman, was treated with respect, and that ? is amazing. I say this from other car places I've been to. Vogler has their team actually a dream team in their parts department! I will update this later today to give a shout-out to the guys in the parts office and the techs and the amazing woman who handles billing. If you are reading this, I can not express how this helped me so much. Not everyone who smiles has a perfect day, and I wasn't until i arrived and almost felt like I was home and able to relax. “We took my husband’s truck to Calliber in mid May. Our estimated date of completion was a day before I was planning on taking a trip to visit family in Georgia. Two weeks after we dropped it off we got a text saying that the estimated date was now in August. I called asking for an explanation. They kindly explained that a part was on back order. I then asked if I could pick it up until the part came in; so that, I could take it down to Georgia. The damage to the truck was cosmetic and not related to function. They talked to the manger who let me pick it up. A week after I got back the part came in. I dropped it off again on a Tuesday and it was done by Thursday. The customer service here is too tier. I let them know I wasn’t angry, but I just couldn’t afford a rental and we had been using my one car in the mean time. They were so understanding and kind. The work they did looks so good too!!”
“Friendly employees. The employee asked if I was sure if that was the correct size of tire a couple of times. I answered yes I'm sure that's the right size I try to that I knew the tire that I was buying it's not listed for my van but that is the size that I have on my van. His response was okay ma'am I just want to make sure I'm not selling you the wrong size of tire.”
