Went in on a Saturday, talked to Joe,My wife had a new S24 ultra, and made mistakes and really messed up her Facebook and had multi logins Joe was determined to fix it and he did was very helpful and knowledgeable She told his manager Jim he deserved a raise, for all his work getting her new phone working .
