“Over the past 5-6 years, I have visited this UPS store 7 to 9 times per month. The majority of the time, I just make a few self-serve photocopies, but I have also sent a few packages. This store is always busy. Rarely do I visit and there are not two or three people entering as I enter. Customers are handled efficiently and with courtesy. “The staff here was really kind besides the gentleman with the red hair. He was condescending and a bit rude. I came in to see my order and I ordered cardstock, but I apparently didn't understand how the poundage worked. I ordered the wrong one. I was going to ask how much of an upcharge it was, but the other worker was kind enough to reprint it for me which was so kind considering it was my error. I felt bad them wasting it. The red headed gentleman just lacked tack. He was curt and talked down to me. A little kindness in your tone goes a long way.”
