“The associates at this location are very pleasant. I came in with an amazon return but I did not realize it said I needed to pack it. Manager Larry told me he would tape my box this time for me for free but politely advised me for next time to follow the instructions to avoid future charges. I thought it was really kind he took the time to offer me a free service that most places wont (Post office cough cough) as well as help me pay better attention for next time I return more stuff.
