I really appreciate the customer service at Jax. They realized the issue was on going and unfixable so they refunded the cost of labor. You would never get these type of service at the big name dealerships.

Another great experience at Jax Auto! Brought my daughter's car in for an oil change before heading back to college and had Jack give everything a quick look. She needed front and rear brakes and Jack was able to get the job done the same day for her at a reasonable price.
