“After a very horrible experience at the store in Algonquin I tried the Crystal lake store. Was very happy with the person I spoke to & the plan we put in place. If everything works out after I set up the box for streaming & internet, I'll come back and give this 5 stars & more details. My mom is on a fixed income, have not had the best luck with calling Comcast to get the bill down so we went into a store, she pays more for 1 TV than I pay for 4 TVs plus I'm using internet for several laptops. Crossing my fingers the new setup works.”
“Stopped in today to have my SIM card replaced and was helped by an associate named Matt (I think). He was incredibly helpful and very friendly. By far, this was the most pleasant experience I have ever had at a Verizon store. He was able to resolve the issue with my SIM card promptly and also recommended adding on the 5G Home network to our plan due to our eligibility for a substantial discount, and I'm loving the performance of the service so far.
