I was involved in an accident where my passenger side doors where damaged as well as the passenger front. I took my vehicle to this shop to receive an estimate and right away knew I was in good hands. The staff was warm, friendly but most of all HONEST! Complete transparency is what sealed this deal for me, the owner kept me in the loop the entire time. I was advised of when the parts were ordered, to when the work was being performed to when my baby was ready. When I picked up my car I was shocked I did expect it to look good, but never knew it could look like it did when I first purchased it. This shop exceeded all my expectations. “Definitely worth the wait!! I hit a deer over a vacation trip in Georgia. My insurance referred me to this shop and it was close to my house so I made an appointment. They were booked so I had to keep driving my duct taped car for a few weeks. My accident was on the 14th, I contacted the shop on the 16th, I brought my car in on the 6th of the following month and it was ready on the 22nd. It's practically a brand new car and they worked directly with my insurance so I just had to pay them my deductible when they were done. Such a simple process, I'm really happy with their work.”

“From the very start, I received the utmost attention from EVERYONE at the dealership. I inquired about a used F-150 that they had just listed on the website. I was able to speak with Jared on the phone about the truck, but they were still getting it ready for sale. He had me work with Kyle, who was so laid back and easy to work with. I got to go on Saturday morning and actually see the truck, even though it still wasn't ready. Not a problem, I knew this and had no problem with it. Once we started talking dollars, I was able to work with Jeff. Not only did he have a great attitude, he was willing to work with me. Prior to all this starting, I was just waiting around the dealership, and this lady comes up to me and starts talking. I am wondering who she is, but she is so incredibly nice. Come to find out, this is Barb and she is in Finance. When I went to Barb's office to complete the paperwork, I have to tell everyone, she is an absolute pleasure. I spent far too long in her office, but it was not her fault, it was mine. I felt like I was sitting with a long-time friend and we were just catching up. No pressure to do something here you don't want to, and treated like a family member right from the start. After the deal was complete, I thought I would not get my truck until Monday or Tuesday, it was Saturday after all. When everything was complete, there was my truck, all cleaned, washed and detailed, inside and out. It looked fantastic!!! I did not have a way to get the truck back home, and Kyle jumped into action and drove the truck home for me! I have purchased many vehicles in my life and this dealership REALLY knows how to treat the customers that come in. You are greeted by everyone, no matter who you are working with. I will most definitely go back here again when it is time to purchase another vehicle. “Great place to do business with. They charged a very fair price while other places were claiming we’d need a new fender and new bumper, which I knew was not the case. Cesar was straight forward and agreed no new parts were needed and offered a very reasonable price to fix and repaint. Very happy with the results and with how fast he got it done. “I visited Country Collision today and the owner was so up front and HONEST. This buisness is straight forward and not out to price gouge. My wife had bumped a concrete foundation backing up to fill up with gas at a crowded station and scuffed the driver side bumper panel. Country Collision told me that the scuffed up bumper panel on my CR-V just needed wiping off with a little bit of gas and a soft rag. He said he was pretty sure that I would be happy with the results. So, I drove straight home and did what he said and the bumper panel looks like new again. I am elated. Country Collision is an HONEST auto body shop. Before I went to Country Collision in South Chicago Heights, I had gotten 3 repair estimates for minor damage repair to the rear bumper face panel on a 2019 Honda CR-V. Those estimates varied from $500+ to 600+. I could not believe the labor I was being quoted for removal and install and paint for this small repair. THE DAMAGE WAS MINOR! The bumper panel did not need painting. BEWARE. Those other body shops were out to take a lot of money from me for doing little to nothing.”
