“Came in for an upgrade but no stock. Alma and Shari assured me phone would come to my house in 2 days abd it did. They both were so nice and made me feel good as a customer. Came back to them to activate and have old phone changed to 2nd line. Eric helped me with this. Very friendly and took time to explain things. A nice employee. This store would be my go to luckily. I was afraid to go anywhere after the extremely bad experience at the Orland store near Mall. Customers should go to Tinley.”

“5 stars only because Alex was super helpful and actually was able to carry an entertaining conversation. She is highly intelligent with both apple and Android tech. I was dreading going in, but both times I visited and had her helping us, the process was seamless and enjoyable. My wife and I really needed that considering we had 2 tired kids with us?Give her a raise, promotion, whatever.... Just don't let her leave and have her train the other staff (some of them really need it there)!!!”

We had the pleasure of meeting Store Manager Malek and his team members Edgar, Ramon and another gentleman whose name I apologetically don’t remember. I’m no time I had line added, connected and directed to go ahead and activate my other phones with no sim and was ready to go. Overall, T mobile is my choice for 7 years now. Price never changed! I’ve also added a home internet and so far, I’m really happy with that as well.”
