“I had a Google Pixel 6 with a bad charging port, to the point that I could no longer charge my phone. Mohammed, the tech explained what the repair is, and he had my phone at the time he said it would be ready. I think the service price was very reasonable and the service was first grade. My phone has a new charging port and I'm able to charge it. Very satisfied with the repair and the customer service.KK”
“If you are getting a new phone, and are technologically challenged, like I am, head over to Boost Mobile on Larkin Ave. and ask for Alex. He switched all my info over to my new phone for me (not his job) and even offered to go out and sync my new phone to my car (certainly not his job). I declined his offer to sync it to my car, but that offer was so going above and beyond in the area of customer service! The next day I went back because I needed help with something and Alex fixed it by pushing 2 buttons (embarrassing for me). He told me to enjoy my vacation, which he remembered I was going on from the day before. Alex is a wonderful asset to that store!”

“I needed to get a new phone . I was able to get an upgrade. Islam Elgar was extremely patient and helpful. I also noticed he was really patient with the person before me. He made this very easy. It took about 1 hr for my data to transfer. He recommended me doing some errands and it would be done in about an hour. I did and it was all set. Highly recommend him and this location. I went to Lockport and the employees didn’t show up at that location so I went to Lemont. Both employees were great at Lemont. Thanks Islam”
