“Very pleased with my experience here. My Chevy Silverado was hit by an errant driver. The other driver's insurance provider suggested this place due to its location being close to my residence. When I brought it in, Charlie's CARSTAR performed an estimate and communicated with the insurance company. They were professional, very easy to deal with and low pressure. I decided to let them complete the repairs and scheduled a time to bring the truck in. The repair took a couple days longer than they estimated, but that was due to them finding additional repairs to the steering system once they started taking everything apart. They communicated with me the entire time, letting me know it might be a couple days late due to having to order and install the additional parts. When I picked the truck up, the repairs were complete and I was pleasantly surprised to find the truck had been cleaned up inside and out. Truthfully, you wouldn't know the vehicle had been involved in an accident at all. It drives perfectly and looks great. I couldn't be happier with the service I received here. Well done CARSTAR!”
