“A wonderful experience from start to finish. I'm a senior on fixed income so I can't waster money on vehicle maintenance. I got 6 quotes for a radiator flush, and Craig's was the lowest. But that's not why I'm rating them five stars. They were super responsive throughout and I didn't have to waste time on the phone (the most inefficient and error prone form of communication known to man).

“I came in to get interior of the car detailed as a birthday present to my mom. Before the visit I called and spoke to Joe (the owner) on the phone. Joe was very friendly and respectful, explained all of the options and pricing. The team did a great job on the car, it looks brand new, despite being a 2017 model that has never been detailed before. When we came in Joe and his team had just gotten pizza for dinner (it was almost closing time) and they offered us some. Definitely a friendly vibe, we had a nice conversation. Joe showed us the car, made sure that we were completely satisfied before we checked out. My mom was VERY happy with the car, it was exactly what she wanted. Thanks Joe, we will be back! P.S. “A Tale of Two Shops – just one example of how great Nofsinger’s has been over the years, as Dave is always quick to consult or scan my cars even when busy, and has always been more than reasonable.
Using technology many independent shops lack, Dave diagnosed my intermittent airbag light as a failing clock spring and then determined that Hyundai had a problem with the part so I might be able to get it repaired free at a dealership. No charge from Dave.
Sure enough, I found a technical service bulletin and an extension of the warranty to 15 years. This should be the end of the story, but you can always count on dealers to make Nofsinger’s look good. I booked a service appointment at a dealership in Villa Park (also reviewed) and insisted that they have the part in stock by the time I came so I wouldn’t have to go twice.
Short version: They didn’t have the part but didn’t tell me until I’d been there 2.5 hours waiting for an oil change I’d added and an open recall (underbody treatment) I’d agreed to only because I thought I was getting it all over with at once.
On top of that, the service writer told me the job would cost $700 when the part came in. Gee, I wonder where dealers get their bad reputations? After I pushed back, he scurried off to a manager and then returned to confirm there would be no charge, but there was never anything close to an apology.
I never went back. I got the part for $27 and installed it myself literally in 20 minutes. If I’d gone back to Nofsinger’s (where they’re always patient with my DIY endeavors), I guarantee it wouldn’t have cost $700. Or $200. They can do way more than you think, and if they can’t, they admit it.”
“I took my truck in for service several weeks ago. My door got ding while it was in the service area. I didn't notice the ding until I got home. I called Mark immediately and talk to him about it. He ask for pictures which I sent him. He text me back and said that they will take care of it. They repainted my door and I'm happy with the result. Seriously. I’ve had that happen. Don’t let it happen to you. Go to DuPage. Best tire shop around! Honest and knowledgeable experts.”

But above all else they have not been pushy with their recommendations for repairs. I’ve always come back for service on their recommendations but they let you do it within your own time, giving you the space to do your own homework on the repairs if desired.
