I stayed in communication with them while being alerted to all the fees that was piling up on my space… nothing can be more stressful! So after talking to one of the employees (“Kim”) She offered me a little Relief With removing some of the fee’s so I could get back on track and save my items from being Auctioned. There was no better time than now to take advantage of her kindness, so it was imperative That I make it down there as fast as I could pay this Outstanding bill.
