“Employee was very friendly and helpful. The facility was clean. My only problem was leaving. One sign says not an exit and another says exit. Then you have to get out and push a button that's it if the way”

“Well, let me start off by saying that I started to fall behind in my bills for a moment, and extra space storage was one of them (13th & Cicero). I stayed in communication with them while being alerted to all the fees that was piling up on my space… nothing can be more stressful! So after talking to one of the employees (“Kim”) She offered me a little Relief With removing some of the fee’s so I could get back on track and save my items from being Auctioned. There was no better time than now to take advantage of her kindness, so it was imperative That I make it down there as fast as I could pay this Outstanding bill. Boy I tell you that it was such a load lifted to know that I’m getting a grip on this situation again, Thanks to “Kim”, And Extra Space Storage as well for making it possible for her to offer me relief and situations like this…”I’ll Always Be a Customer”! “The manager Laquisha, is an excellent and amazing worker. She always goes above and beyond, and is very diligent in performing her job duties. She is always polite and courteous in helping customers, and is deserving of a raise.”
