There were a lot of specifics and multiple calls back and forth, and during each call she was extremely friendly and helpful. Our movers were Juan and Rudy, we can't say enough good things about these guys. They were professional, energetic, efficient, and very courteous. They were extremely careful and mindful in the transferring and placement of our items. They had a high regard for safety. When we would tell them they could just place an item in the middle of the floor, they would come back with an offer to place the item in actually the place it should go to. And by them taking this initiative, it ultimately made our lives so much easier after they left. We highly recommend them and will most definitely be using them again in the future. I decided to check on my unit today and when I say I’m impressed cannot describe the turn around this facility has had.
