He pulled up a document to show me the risks, then presented me with several options.Giving me that autonomy was so indicative of who Doctor Salcedo is.This educated, patient-centered man never dismisses my concerns and takes me seriously. Women know that it can be hard to find a doctor who doesn't dismiss pain, fatigue, or mental health issues. He investes and empowers me with information and choices.His diligence and attention to detail has caught something important another doctor missed. He remembers things I say.The nurses and front desk staff are patient, empathetic, and professional. My documents are always handled with care, appointments always on time.I could shout my recommendations from the rooftop. Bless this man and this staff.”

We never had to wait for more then 30 minutes. If I had to wait more then an hour we would gladly do it. It's worth the wait. Dr. Sassetti has been thorough, friendly, caring and astute with her examinations and recommendations. She and Candice Oberlies, NP both responded to my urgent need for meds after surgery, when Walgreens told me there NORCO available. The office is immaculate, The staff are friendly and helpful. Their lab is right there as well.”

“My experience at the Advocate Medical Group Immediate Care Sykes site was pleasant and efficient. After checking in and stating the reason for my visit I was seated in the waiting area less than 10 minutes. The nurse informed me that I should have x-rays first then I would be seen by the urgent care doctor. Doctor Desarey Sims reviewed the reason for my visit which was injury to my thumb due to a fall. Dr. Sims was through and caring of my injury advised what to do including follow-up with my primary care doctor and and orthopedic doctor as well. My overall experience was very good.”
