Alex the Assistant Manager was very helpful with a complex problem that I had with an account he went above and beyond to assist me and was very patient.

I had a problem with my messaging app. Another Verizon store gave me the runaround and then the guy I talked to with the Asurion tech service that I paid for gave me the WHOLE runaround. I went to this store (the one in the Brickyard) and Ephraim fixed my problem in like two minutes.
