the worst service!! how to make employees serve customers faster. I sat for an hour and a half so that they could accept me. Out of 3 people, but for some reason only one is resting and they change. why do they value only their salary and not value other people's time!???? Administration take action.

I don’t recommend this store the manger is African American and is rude as hell I sat in the store for 4 hours gave them 1000 to not be serviced and assaulted by one of their employees she also broke my chain no reimbursement or anything one of the worst locations

The manager (white guy with pink ponytail holder), I believe he’s the manager. He is rude. His tone is rude. He’s condescending when he speaks. He cut me off several times as I was speaking. He seemed fed up with our conversation, when there was nothing for him to be fed up about. I believe he is racist. I would like Verizon to address this manner. He needs to learn how to speak to black people with respect.

Don't recommend going to this location, they kept pushing me to buy a new expensive phone or upgrade to a more expensive phone plan that I didn't need.
Highly recommend talking to Verizon support over Twitter messages instead. That support person was able to activate my new phone with ease remotely when this Verizon store couldn't do it on two in-person visits!

I couldn't figure out what happened to my keyboard.Manuel patiently helped search for updates on my phone, and Nick set it back to Google keyboard for me.I offered to come back at a different time, since it was close to rush hour, and Nick said " I'm gonna figure this out". I greatly appreciate his knowledge and complete attention.They were helpful, friendly and professional.

I wish I could write a better review. When I signed up, the rep was very kind and personable, and even went out of his way to get me the phone I wanted. I left feeling that I had a great experience, and was very happy. Unfortunately, a week or two later, I received my first bill, and noticed it was almost a hundred dollars higher than anticipated. I took a look, and found that there were a few charges I wasn't notified of, and services that I hadn't consented to. I didn't understand, as the rep never mentioned the charges, and assured me that I wouldn't have "optional" services on my account. When I went back to the location later on, I spoke to a manager. He was extremely dismissive and 'diplomatic' basically saying that it was my fault I was charged for services that I could not see, as I never saw the actual breakdown of what he was signing me up for. Because the rep did not show me. He also said that a new account activation fee is also standard, which I do understand, but I was not told this when I was signing up, and I have not swapped carriers in over 6 years. So that was apparently my fault as well. Unfortunately, this has very much soured my thoughts on having Verizon as my provider, and I will look to see what I can do about moving back to TMobile. I would not recommend this company or this location.

I recently visited this location to return a 5G home internet device that didn't work, after being told by a representative over the phone that I could do so. First off, the store manager was incredibly rude and interrupted me as I was explaining my situation to him. He pretty much ignored my concerns and got another rep on the phone to resend a return package that had previously been sent to the incorrect address twice, then shrugged his shoulders at the amount I seemingly "had to pay no matter what" for a device that didn't work. Luckily I was able to get my charges removed today by a different sales rep over the phone. Just wanted to warn anyone questioning going into this store for a similar issue. The manager is rude and won't do anything to help and will pass you off as an inconvenience. Thanks!

I came to the store in a Sunday at 4pm and it was closed. Hours need updating as well as what it says in the door.
