Stayed for the weekend and we weren’t impressed. Nice location and ground floor, but once you got past the lobby it was a bit shabby overall. Won’t be visiting again.

Staff was friendly, rooms were clean and neat. The location was the best part of the hotel. West Loop is a great area, it was within walking distance from the blue line and a lot of great shops, restaurants, things to do near by. Can’t wait to come back!

From making our reservation, to interacting with the valet, to checking in, to checking out, our stay was great. The service was fantastic. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Our room was very quiet. We will definately stay at The Emily again.
