For some reason they stop selling lottery tickets after 9pm Even though some lotto drawing sale cut off times are not until 9:45pm

I'm reviewing the carwash part because I came here for my free carwash I got from jiffylubes. It was okay, even though my car wasn't dried all the way even after the lady supposedly pat dried it :/
