Wife and I got our winter jackets cleaning here. Everything went smooth, 75$ for both jackets, we were waiting for 4 days only. Jackets are dry, fluffy and smell nice.

The area near the westin on michigan ave. have a dirth of places to do laundry but the wonderful people at Pure were able to accomodate us same day wash and fold on a holiday weekend. If im ever in chicago again will definitly use them again.
