“I wish I would’ve gotten the lady’s name that took care of me when I got to this office. It was just her & I, I was the first customer to walk in that morning. She was very nice, polite, & friendly and also great customer service. She took the time to explain the process and what was expected from me. I would recommend to choose Alia Drug Testing to anyone that’s looking for a drug testing office.”
“I recently visited IVMe after dealing with a sinus infection, feeling dehydrated, and exhausted. The experience was incredible from start to finish! Emily and Megan were fantastic—knowledgeable, friendly, and made the process completely painless. I immediately felt a difference with the Super Immmune treatment and can’t wait to experience the full benefits. The place itself was spotless and had a relaxing atmosphere. If you’re looking for a great way to rehydrate and recharge, I highly recommend them!”

432 E Grand Ave Ste A, Chicago“I was SO anxious to get an injection in my knee. I’ve suffered from chronic pain and joint issues for years; tears, cracked cartilage, inflammation-the works. The day of my injection, I almost backed out. I was terrified-what if something went wrong ?
Dr. E calmly explained the procedure without judgement and was patient and kind. I felt safe going into my procedure and happy, accomplished and pain free leaving.
thank you so much !!!!”
“This is my 2nd time visiting this location and I have always been pleased. Dr.Rachel Dress is amazing as was Dominique N. The young lady who triaged me. Convenient location, and friendly front desk staff. Due to unbearable circumstances I had cancelled an evening appointment and decided to take my chances and walk in understanding there could be a wait. Thank you staff for your , accommodations, kindness and attentiveness. Amazing job!”
“Super kind staff! especially Maverick!
I really appreciate that the cost of transportation is covered, payments get sent out same day too, so it's pretty great to participate in a trial.”
“Great experience here, they were not busy and took me right away. Maricela, was super friendly and patient as she helped me get the process done asap. Thanks so much!!!”
“Staff was really professional and thoughtful. They took care of me and my girlfriend when getting testing done. In and out quickly. If you're looking for a local clinic, I recommend giving Central Clinical Lab a call.”
“Super friendly staff and clean facility!! I am shocked that they are able to provide free STD testing. I went to another place before here and of course they wanted $328 to get testing which I personally feel should be free for everyone at all times. Really helped me out while in between jobs and waiting for insurance to kick in. I HIGHLY recommend this place to all. Results are sent online so you have something to refer back to whenever you need to. They have multiple convenient locations you can get to via train and bus and just a god send of a business.”

233 E Erie St Ste 602, Chicago“Sometimes coming to these places feels like a DMV. It was my first time at this location on Wednesday 05/15 and I believe Gerald, was his name, was great. Kind, personable and overall had my first great experience at one of these places.”
“So, there's a lot to go over here, sit backI did find a few things annoying about this company. The person who set my test up was semi pushy and rude, I found out later all these companies use sales people.I had a Non Invasive which was pricey here, but I found out, it was really worth it. I went in for my labs at a Labcorp, was easy enough and quick. 3 days later I find out there wasn't enough fetus DNA in my sample. The person I spoke to was quick to try and get me rescheduled and on my way. I was definitely feeling a little defeated and started researching this some more.It does happen and I was roughly 8 weeks, so early on it is more common. So I called back to reschedule and their system was down, still feeling a bit on edge about the whole thing I researched some more. I decided to call around and just ask some questions. I called this place not realizing they were a part of the same company I was dealing wit.The person I spoke to explained the whole process and was pretty nice and when I said I was 8 weeks; there it was!He gave me a general low fetus DNA procedure and I still remeber; "If this happens, it doesn't mean anything is wrong with the fetus, you or the pregnancy, we just need to wait a week and recollect your blood."I called back the next day to schedule my recollect, discovering I could go to this location. I went and never brought up I had called before. At my appointment I got the same explanation, the same overall review of testing and I really felt like this person had understanding for ME; I felt 110% better by someone just hearing me and reassuring me.Chase was the person there I dealt with at this location and he was to the point and genuine.I am having a Girl ❤️”
“I’ve been visiting Dr. Adeeb since 2019 and had an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked into the office, I was met with a warm and welcoming environment. Dr.Adeeb is incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and professional. They took the time to listen to all my concerns and answered all my questions thoroughly, making me feel comfortable and well-informed. The entire staff is friendly and efficient, ensuring a smooth and stress-free visit. I highly recommend Dr. Adeeb to anyone seeking a skilled and caring gynecologist.”
“I have been to the patient services on Milwaukee in Chicago this place is the best priced for out-of-pocket patients in whole Chicago to get you blood or drug tests done best price good service just call in advance and confirm there timing as they work on mostly Mondays for blood drawl.”
“Testing location: 11/10, Quest being a reliable company: 2/10
I had to do a pre-employment drug screening. I did it, then the next week when I was supposed to start work, I was informed that Quest had a system-wide outage. I had to wait two more weeks to start my new job and lost two weeks of pay because I had to go back and do the whole thing again.
On the other hand, my two appointments at the 424 Division St. Jewel Osco location were great. The doctors are so friendly, patient, and personable. I've recommended this location to friends who are starting new jobs or have to get testing for any reason - I will definitely go out of my way to go to this location to get labs drawn if the need arises. Thank you all so much! :)”

3046 N Halsted St, Chicago“I had an appointment today at the 3046 N. Halsted location, and was so impressed with the level of care and customer service I experienced. Tiffany and Lavel were knowledgeable, kind, and overall exceptional. I was a few minutes late from my appointment due to a work issue, and though they had every right to turn me away - they were instead accommodating, which meant a lot to me, as it can be a challenge to make it in time from work. Overall, it was a great experience thanks to the wonderful team that works there. Thank you!”
8AM - 7:30PM
4732 N Lincoln Ave Suite 100, Chicago“Had a great experience today. I usually go to the Belmont location and tried this one instead. Made a 1 pm appointment on a fairly busy Saturday and got in and out in a decent amount of time. I waited longer in the room than in the waiting room which is honestly nicer, usually the opposite at Belmont location, although maybe because I had an appointment. Staff was all professional and helpful, not the friendliest but did their jobs well. Dr was great, friendly, answered all my questions. Got the good care I expect from NW. I recently tried a few other immediate care locations in the area and definitely sticking with NW. A little farther for me to drive but online process is so much simpler and service feels more reliable.”
7:30AM - 7:30PM
2535 S Martin Luther King Dr, Chicago“My experience at the Advocate Medical Group Immediate Care Sykes site was pleasant and efficient. After checking in and stating the reason for my visit I was seated in the waiting area less than 10 minutes. The nurse informed me that I should have x-rays first then I would be seen by the urgent care doctor. Doctor Desarey Sims reviewed the reason for my visit which was injury to my thumb due to a fall. Dr. Sims was through and caring of my injury advised what to do including follow-up with my primary care doctor and and orthopedic doctor as well. My overall experience was very good.”
“I walked in yesterday due to having body aces, high heart rate, febrile, and swollen throat. I felt terrible. Right when I walked in the staff was dealing with a different patient who was in front of me, but they were still very respectful to the patient and greeted me very nicely. The front desk was very calm and friendly. I was checked in and put in the schedule, I didn’t wait for long to see the doctor which was amazing because I was a walk in. ALL staff were amazing, polite, and caring. The doctor made jokes to make me laugh, while putting my IV in, I didn’t feel a thing. They gave IV fluids and sent medication to my pharmacy. They also had given me a letter to be excused for work without a problem. 10/10 experience. Thank you so much to each and everyone who attended me yesterday. Highly recommend this clinic for urgent care.”
“I have so much anxiety surrounding lab work and getting my blood drawn. It was my first time here which and Latoya was absolutely amazing. She did everything to make me feel comfortable and she was incredibly good at the draw itself! Highly recommend! I walked in and did not have an appt but the wait was very short!”
7AM - 4:30PM
111 N Wabash Ave STE 1514, Chicago“My experience at the clinic today was impeccable. Despite my appointment scheduled for 9:10 am, they promptly accommodated me at 9 am since I was the only one with a scheduled appointment. With just two people in line (one arriving late and subsequently losing their appointment), it’s evident that appointments are prioritized, which is standard practice worldwide. The check-in process was seamless, thanks to their user-friendly check monitor, which I found preferable to manual check-ins. It’s efficient and saves time. In case of any issues, assistance is readily available. The entire visit was incredibly smooth, and the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. For those without appointments, a numbered system is in place, so arriving early in the morning is advisable to minimize wait times. Overall, a highly recommended experience.”

2550 N Clybourn Ave, Chicago“Went here for a drug test. The location is inside Jewel Osco, it's right next to the pharmacy which is somewhat in the middle of the store. I would advise just trying to find the pharmacy, and then walk past it towards the back of the store, and then you'll find this Quest Diagnostics location. It's labelled and there's a door to get into the waiting room. It should be unlocked. Once inside, there's a screen to check in along with some chairs. This location doesn't always take walk ins...I got an appointment for the morning, and when I was there, there were no walk ins for the day, so please get an appointment. They were quick and efficient. I unfortunately didn't pee enough on the first try for the drug test, but luckily I brought water with me. Please, for the love of all things holy, bring your own water! For drug tests, if you walk outside of the waiting room, it counts as you refusing the drug test...so buying a water at jewel won't work unless you do it right before you start the drug test. They do not provide you water at this location. Also might be useful to bring water for a blood test too...the woman working there was quite nice, so I do recommend this location so long as you bring water. Needless to say, after drinking the water I brought and waiting for an hour, I was able to finally pee enough for the drug test. Thank goodness I made an appointment in advance and brought my own water! In case this is helpful for anyone taking a drug test, here's a list of things to bring: -water -government issued photo id -appointment QR code (can be on your phone, no need to print) -drug test info (mine was via ePassport, so I just showed the bar code on my phone)”

1460 N Halsted St Ste 201, Chicago“I was a bit scared given some of the other reviews but I’m glad I decided to ignore and see for myself. I had one of the best blood draw experiences I’ve ever had. I faint, so I let the person helping me know and she was able to get me in a room with a bed so I could lay down. She then did a great job at adjusting to find my vein on the first try without having to do multiple pokes. She was very talented and had a very light hand. Barely felt the needle go in and out. She made what is for me an anxious experience, very comfortable and manageable and she was very understanding of my anxiety.”
8AM - 4PM
4801 W Peterson Ave Ste 205, Chicago“Good location. Easy check-in process and was taken care of very quickly. Staff was kind and professional.
However the overall appearance and atmosphere of the waiting room is very underwhelming. No pictures or decor to make it feel welcoming. Just a TV and and a rather tiny playing table for children.”
“Absolutely wonderful experience here- *very* friendly staff, quick, efficient, and knowledgeable. Very happy to see such an effectively run city service in the neighborhood.”
“I’ve never had a bad experience at the South Loop location (that’s also the only AHF testing center I’ve been to). The staff always finds a way to function efficiently, even when the center is short staffed. Everyone is always welcoming and kind. I really love that my results always come back within 2-4 days. The clinic is a walk in clinic. The South Loop location is open on Monday’s and Thursdays (I think you can call to figure out the hours). You would have to go to a primary physician for a more in depth STD panel, but the center offers testing for everything within the basic STD panel; that includes a blood test. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for timely results/good service.”
8AM - 6PM
3000 N Halsted St Suite 201, Chicago“Excellent service! Had Covid test done at cvs and was unsure if I'd get results for trip so booked here for 4 hour results as I could not fly without results. Received results in 3 hours! 48 hours after cvs and still haven't received results. So glad I decided to get it done here! Process was quick and timely results! Worth it if needed for travel!”
7AM - 4:30PM
7447 W Talcott Ave Suite 262, Chicago“I was in and out in 10 mins, with no appointment. They did what they were supposed to, which is why they have only a total of 7 reviews (like 1 bad review per year). Imagine how many people they saw compared to the 1 or 2 people who found it necessary to leave a bad review per year. Leaving 5 stars for clean, quick, friendly service.”
“This immediate care facility is one of the quickest and easiest places to go for rapid and necessary help. They are always efficient, helpful, kind and I never take longer than 45 minutes here, from moment of check in to check out. Lindsey is a very kind person here and I have never had a poor experience with this facility and the employees. Thank you!”
