The rating is for the store, however, there was a rude, nosy lady at the locker I needed to access. She stood in front of the screen even though she was done, then turned & asked me did I need to get in there (like I was standing there for my health). All she needed to do was mind her business & move.

Made a return today of a deadbolt I didn't end up needing. Found the return section easily and there was only one person in line before me. I spent at most ten minutes inside and was refunded. No complaints.
