I loved staying here. Special thanks to Mr. Russel for being so kind to us during our stay and we loved the free chocolate chip cookies. Felt very much at home. The place was so clean too. Thank you.

Perfect location in downtown Chicago. Room size was generous for a downtown hotel. Staff at the front desk were happy on check in and check out. The beds were dreamy soft and so comfy. The only real downer and surprise were the awfully coarse towels. A "luxury" hotel should have luxurious towels!

Stopped in for some brunch on Saturday.Menu was on point. They had a good selection of drinks. Got the breakfast sandwich. The bread was great and eggs were cooked perfectly. The pastrami bowl was good too. Thick cuts of pastrami. Our server was very friendly and we had very little wait. It's on the 5th floor of the hotel... read full comment
