I Love Hilton Properties but this location was the worst! The noise level is a 10.. do not pick this property if you need rest! You will hear sirens.. load motors... loud music etc... also make sure you call to make sure All elevators are working.. otherwise you will be in a line for the elevator for over 20 minutes.. !!

We had a wonderful experience at Hilton Inn Downtown Chicago. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was huge! We enjoyed our stay very much.Rooms: We had a suite with two tvs. There was plenty of seating. The room was very spacious.

Very comfy beds. Excellent service from reception. Great location in the city centre. Nice gym and pool. Overall recommended.Negatives: poor breakfast buffet, tired breakfast room, old malfunctioning elevators.
