Was so happy with the $1,974 reclining "leather?" couch n love cup holders (cash no credit) BUT IN LESS THAN 2 YEARS IT CRACKED/SPLIT, its not the tough kind to sit on too often, got the same color dark brn leather tape though to repair NOW STILL LOOKS NICE

I spent more than 45 minutes waiting late and no one wanted to assist me, there were more than 2 people and no one came to ask me what I needed, they just sent me to look at what I was looking for and when I asked about their services they ignored me ?
