My type of gym.. nice friendly people, old school, not packed at all, only with people who really come to workout. Love it ?️???

Great gym, great atmosphere! Love that it is never too busy or crowded like any other big commercial gym. Owner is an awesome guy! If your looking for a gym where you can get a workout in without any distractions. This is the place for you. Old school vibe, but still can get a great workout in!

I love this gym. The owner is genuinely nice, food and smoothies are delicious, gym is always well kept. It's super close to my job as well. Wouldn't trade this gym for any other!
