The work out was great. Very intense and just a good workout. Definitely a good workout for people who already work out. I also see it being great for beginners who have a goal to be strong and finish the workout. The trainers were super supportive and came around with corrections on form if needed. A really good workout!

Crosstown is a wonderful place to get strong or very strong. Great trainers, good class availability, you can always get in, even when busy. Excellent community as well. Lots of strong, kind folks. Safe place as well, you can be seen and cared for.
