Very unfriendly and unhelpful. I understand why there's no phones out but how am I supposed to know phone to upgrade too if you have none on display and are rude when I ask

This is place has very poor customer service and unknowable staff. To get a phone number transfer the employee didn’t know at all and was clueless. Don’t waste your time here.
