Friendly and knowledgeable when in the store but follow up is terrible. Marissa promised to get me an order update but never called or emailed back. Still waiting on delivery of pendants that were supposed to be in stock 3 weeks ago.

Call ahead! Nice, they need to have a bigger inventory because when we went there they had a shortage and had to wait some time. But overall good
