Great, well run gym with coaches and owners who care a lot. Good for CrossFit classes. CEF provides a fun, welcoming environment for people of all fitness levels.

I had my first cross fit work out and it was great! Coach was amazing, people were great and so friendly and welcoming! Sign me up!
