They are thieves. I went to get a chain and they told me that I had lost it and that if I wanted it I would have to pay the current price again. They are thieves.

I got offered 25 bucks for an item that values at 200 minimum, just sold it for 240 thru Offerup. Don't waste you time and just sell thru other means, this place takes advantage of anyone trying to get some value of items that are worth 4 times what they offer.

There has to be at list 2 alternatives on how they can help you with whatever situation but no they just look at you and say they can’t help and look so dumb ??♀️ and can’t help like they need more educated people to work in places like this ?
