“Found my new mechanic! He took care of my car during a holiday and had it done before promised, one day flat, got 4 new disc's, brake pads, brake fluid and a new sepertine belt, oil change. He gave me everything I asked for and shows you your car inspection so you decide what you wanna do.George is amazing at response with emails and his website for appointments is awesome. Looked up his prices and they are actually below average price. If you need a honest and reliable mechanic look no further.”
“I went there to service my Honda Civic. Johnny is the best. He will show you the issue with the car and provide a detailed explanation regarding what is wrong. Additionally, he will provide his honest feedback regarding what your options are. At no point did I feel like he was treating me like a customer to merely profit of off. Rather, he appeared genuine, cordial and felt more like a friend offering advice. I received some estimates prior to going here and none of the other mechanics/shops offered the deal and service they offered. Moreover, the other shops didn't provide the customer care to explain and show the issue along with providing multiple options for repair. There is a reason these guys have 5 stars with over 200+ reviews. Well done Johnny and co.”

“I recently took my car to Uno Auto Repair Service for what I considered a minor oil leak, as it turns out it was actually an oil pressure sensor. The mechanics wisely advised me to replace it right away even though they had to get the part from a local supplier. I was incredibly impressed with their service as they were almost closing the shop when I brought my car in for a checkup. Vito and his mechanics explained the issue clearly and provided a detailed estimate upfront. I could have run out of oil and damaged my engine if it wasn't done immediately. The work was completed on time and to a high standard, and they even took the time to walk me through the repairs once the car was ready. The next day, we scheduled an appointment to do the brakes of my vehicle with coated rotors and quality brake pads and a front-end allignment. I truly appreciate their honesty, professionalism, and will definitely be returning for future maintenance.”

“Salute to this team. I cant be thankful enough to the great service everytime I have a routine oil change. Gabby the customer service gave me always a very good details about my upcoming appointment. Ofcourse, hands down to Aviv and its team. Aviv always a straight forward guy. I’ve had once a breakpad change, upon Aviv recommendation its still have more life left and can still use it for about 3-4 months more of life. But I told him just replace it so I dont have to worry from now on. You know when a person has to be true by himself, its what that makes a big difference to have a good relationship. Recently, they did collision repair work for us, and everything about the process and their work was superb. Of the three estimates we obtained, theirs was the fairest price with the fastest turnaround time. As always, the staff were friendly and thorough in their communications. There was a slight delay in finishing the work, as they found when it arrived that a replacement part did not meet their quality standards. They quickly ordered another part that was satisfactory, and we appreciate that they made sure the work and parts reflected their high standards. They kept us informed at every step in the process and expertly handled all the insurance company correspondence. We highly recommend Royal Automotive.”

“My car has been giving me a few issues. I took it in to Lincoln Park Auto Repair to give me a diagnosis. I thought it was going to be a transmission issue, but was hoping this wasn’t the case because my car is a 2019. I got a call a few hours later asking me if I lived by the repair shop. I immediately said that this doesn’t sound like good news. He told me over the phone that my car needs new brakes and wanted to see if I wanted to stop by to see the old rusted brakes to be assured that they needed to be changed. I never had an auto shop repair shop ask that before! They are SO thorough and friendly. I don’t drive my car often, but I have noticed over the past few weeks my brakes have been squeaking. I had my all my brakes/rotors replaced as well as a transmission flush. My car has never ran better! I feel like all auto repairs are expensive, but this place has fair prices!”
