“Started the car in the AM and it was running very rough. I was able to drive it to Asian Domestic Authority with the hope it could be fixed same day. The problem was that the previous mechanic didn''t properly 'click' the new ignition coils in place. They were able to check all coils, and clean the spark plugs and the car was running like NEW. During the servicing of my vehicle, I loved the email updates on my vehicle via Crash Champions. The updates are convenient for someone like me who is not always reachable for calls at times due to work. Crash Champions shares the repair status of your vehicle from the time it was dropped off, started, finished, and picked up. It even shares the estimated cost which I must say was mind blowing to see the estimated cost: parts, labor, and materials which costed nearly as much as I paid for the vehicle.Service King Collision sits within an accessible distance of CTA Harlem/ Lake station (CTA Green Line) in a very classy looking area. When picking my vehicle up, I took the CTA train and got off at CTA Harlem/ Lake station with only a short walk to Service King Collision.It took thirty days from the start of repairs for my vehicle to be fully completed by Service King Collision. I could not help but smile when I saw my vehicle sitting in the garage waiting to be picked up. It had a shine similar to when I initially purchased it from the dealer, but better! I nearly broke out in tears prior to driving off with my vehicle after thanking the employee because it had been two months since I drove my vehicle.I would gladly revisit Service King Collision Oak Park again for repairs because of all the aforementioned.
